Caregiver Telephone Support Group. The telephone
support group is similar to a community support group
without the hassle of leaving your own home. Give us
a call and get connected!

About our Specialized
Telephone Support Group
Before the Meeting
- Interested participants
register in advance for each month's telephone
support group
- Participants
receive detailed instructions on how to access
the teleconference system
- Staff and/or volunteers place
reminder calls to each participant registered
to participate each month
Format of the Meeting
- The first 15 minutes of
each support group will offer new caregiver
information or education followed by open discussion
moderated by an experienced support group facilitator
- Each
caller has the opportunity to discuss situations
and get feedback and support
